Victron 48V 13A Smart Battery Charger
The Victron Phoenix Smart IP43 48/13 (1), part PSC481350095, is a smart AC-to-DC charger for one compatible 48V battery bank. It supplies up to 13A in normal mode from a nominal 120–240VAC shore-power or generator source, making it a practical charging solution for a 48V system that does not need an inverter/charger.
Built-in Bluetooth supports setup, status and alarms through VictronConnect. Its VE.Direct port provides connection to compatible GX monitoring equipment. The charger uses a six-stage adaptive charging algorithm and supports programmable settings for lithium and common lead-acid battery types; use the charge profile and limits approved by the battery manufacturer.

This is a battery charger and configurable DC power supply, not an inverter. The country-specific AC mains cord, DC cabling and battery-side overcurrent protection are selected separately.
